About his work

Already for the second time Kristian Gäthje issues his "expressiv abstract" oil paintings in our Munich office and enriches us with his increasing inspirations on the new. The secret of his pictures attracts the viewer by luring openness and kidnaps him, by the depth layers of the picture, in his own depths and experiences. So the viewer can see a picture as cloud representation, but experienced it in addition as an abstract blue-white modulation.
