To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d) for our Nuremberg location from January 2020.

You will carry out the relevant assistant activities independently, reliably and well organised. Your communication skills will enable you to deal with a qualified team of consultants and demanding clients in a service-oriented manner.

  • Handling of all activities of a modern office management, such as telephone, correspondence, organization and appointment management
  • Support of the executive board and consultants in all organisational and administrative matters
  • Organisation and supervision of meetings and company events
  • CRM System Maintenance
  • Supervision of hardware and software deployment

  • a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of assistance
  • IT affinity and willingness to familiarise oneself with systems and software
  • an experienced handling of MS-Office
  • very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
