Good conversations in a relaxed atmosphere - that's what the Nuremberg restructuring lunch stands for. For the fourth time, the organisers Concentro Management AG, RestrukturierungsPartner, Rödl & Partner and Schultze & Braun invited numerous representatives from the areas of banking, legal advice, insolvency administration, restructuring and M&A advice as well as managing directors to the panel discussion "Against Consensus - Restructuring Against the Interests of Individual Stakeholders" in the Nuremberg Press Club:
Under the moderation of Dr. Alexander Sasse (Concentro Management AG) and Isabelle Pernegger (Rödl & Partner), the panelists Sadiye Mesci-Alpaslan (Political Secretary, IG Metall), Manfred Metzroth (Regional Manager Restructuring, UniCredit Bank AG, Munich and Nuremberg), Dr. Lennart Schley (Managing Director, mutares AG) and Dr. Michael Winkelmann (Project Manager Portfolio Management, SüdFactoring GmbH) discussed actively with each other.
The fact that there are conflicts of interest in restructuring cases was beyond question as to whether and how these should be resolved by a joint consensus, which was the subject of lively and multi-layered debate with the participation of the public.
In a relaxed atmosphere, the discussions continued in the subsequent get-together. The restructuring lunch again offered all visitors from the industry a good opportunity to exchange ideas and cultivate contacts. Good conversations were always included.
