On September 18, 2024, the creditors of Kenter GmbH unanimously approved the proposed insolvency plan. This plan enables the continuation of business operations and the preservation of the company. With the support of Concentro Management AG, a comprehensive restructuring concept was developed, ensuring both the financial stability and future viability of Kenter GmbH. The company’s shares will continue to be held by Mr. Kenter and Jaro Invest Holding GmbH & Co. KG, the investment company of the Jarolimeck family.

In addition to Concentro, the Offenburg-based law firm DIE SCHRITTMACHER also played a key role in the success of the process. Insolvency administrator Arndt Geiwitz from SGP Schneider Geiwitz and the creditors' committee supported the plan, enabling the swift conclusion of the self-administration process. Sparkasse Schwaben-Bodensee is also providing new funds to complete the financial restructuring.

The insolvency plan was confirmed by the Neu-Ulm District Court, and creditors can expect payment of their insolvency quota in November 2024.
